Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leads to deeply assess potential clients' cloud infrastructure, financial operations maturity, cost challenges, and operational objectives through technical discussions with engineering, finance, and platform teams.
- Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Value initiatives for the Cloud Intelligence product, ensuring thorough preparation, active oversight, and successful outcomes.
- Design and present customized, impactful demonstrations of the Cloud Intelligence platform, emphasizing cloud cost transparency, optimization opportunities, and operational insights in multi-cloud setups.
- Apply knowledge of cloud financial management and cloud economics to build strong business justifications and return-on-investment analyses that show tangible value.
- Assist technical discussions with Managed Service Providers, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators by illustrating how the platform enables visibility across portfolios and scalable cloud optimization.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Cloud Intelligence solution, ensuring clients and partners achieve optimal results and smooth onboarding.
- Take full responsibility for the technical success of Cloud Intelligence engagements, guiding prospects through evaluation, meeting technical requirements, and building trust in the platform’s capabilities.
- Present the platform at company-hosted events, webinars, and industry conferences with dynamic talks and live demos highlighting cloud intelligence and financial operations features.
- Convert customer feedback, partner needs, and feature limitations into clear, technically sound input for product and engineering teams to guide platform development.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal business systems and support tools that track performance metrics and business insights.
