Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to deeply understand client cloud infrastructures, cost management needs, and operational objectives through technical discussions with engineering, finance, and platform groups.
- Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Value initiatives for the Cloud Intelligence platform, ensuring thorough preparation and successful outcomes.
- Design and present customized demonstrations highlighting cloud cost transparency, optimization opportunities, and operational insights in multi-cloud environments.
- Apply expertise in cloud economics and financial operations to build strong business cases and ROI models that show tangible value.
- Engage with Managed Service Providers, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators to showcase portfolio-wide cloud visibility and scalable optimization strategies.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Cloud Intelligence platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and optimal client outcomes.
- Drive technical success in sales cycles by guiding prospects through validation, addressing requirements, and demonstrating platform capabilities.
- Present the platform at industry events, webinars, and company functions with compelling technical narratives and live demos.
- Convert customer feedback, partner needs, and feature gaps into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and contribute to tools that track performance metrics and business outcomes.
