Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their use cases and challenges, and architecting end-to-end solutions using the YOLO ecosystem.
- Deliver high-quality technical demos, onboarding sessions, proofs of concept, and technical workshops that illustrate how to build with YOLO and demonstrate the power of Ultralytics tooling.
- Design annotation strategies and model training pipelines tailored to the client’s data, goals, and deployment constraints.
- Debug client issues and delivering effective solutions with a strong understanding of the YOLO package, Python, OpenCV, and model behavior.
- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in technical discovery calls and helping shape proposals and SLAs.
- Partner regularly with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients, shaping computer vision solutions that drive tangible business outcomes with YOLO models.
- Enable the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise, competitive insights, and field learnings to support campaign effectiveness and messaging accuracy.
- Represent Ultralytics at conferences, webinars, and customer events.
- Contribute to technical blog posts, customer stories, and educational materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
- Excellent client-facing skills: patient, resilient, and able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the YOLO ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, and classical ML/CV concepts.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end model lifecycles, including data collection, preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience with Docker and comfort working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor teams and developers through courses, bootcamps, workshops, or community engagement.
- Comfort leading workshops, writing technical guides, or presenting to developer audiences.
