Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales by collaborating with sales representatives from initial discovery to deal closure, including customized demonstrations and designing proof of concepts that align product capabilities with customer goals.
- Manage proof of concept initiatives to ensure potential clients quickly realize tangible benefits.
- Create and present return on investment analyses based on actual workflow metrics, enabling clients to measure time savings, cost reductions, and operational improvements.
- Act as a liaison between go-to-market and product development teams, representing customer feedback to influence product direction and improvements.
- Develop standardized processes for pre-sales technical workflows, proof of concept delivery, and onboarding, converting individual experiences into scalable team resources.
- Respond to technical and security inquiries during enterprise sales cycles, coordinating with engineering teams to resolve configuration challenges and support procurement timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive expertise in Workflow AI features and serve as a technical reference for both pre- and post-sales teams.
