ICEYE is looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to scale and lead our global Flood Insights Product delivery operations. You will build and manage a high-functioning team across multiple time zones to ensure critical, timely delivery of natural catastrophe products.
What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of the Flood Insights Product, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess and improve operational outcomes.
- Analyze and refine operational processes to enhance solution delivery.
- Lead and manage the operational team to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address issues and implement solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust contingency plans for service disruptions.
- Communicate daily across teams to ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
- Document and track the quality of deliverables.
- Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Provide clear direction, set expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Meteorology team and outsourced teams for operational planning.
- Cooperate on developing training plans and individual development plans to enhance team expertise.
- Guide and empower team members to deliver analyses effectively.
- Proactively identify and address risks impacting delivery.
- Utilize customer feedback to improve performance.
- Lead and grow a large global team to execute effectively within SLAs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Hydrology or a related field.
- Expertise in GIS techniques, GIS data analysis, and understanding of various remote sensing technologies.
- Fundamental understanding of disaster analysis and management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members.
