ICEYE was looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager, Flood Insights Product

ICEYE is looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to scale and lead our global Flood Insights Product delivery operations. You will build and manage a high-functioning team across multiple time zones to ensure critical, timely delivery of natural catastrophe products.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the delivery of the Flood Insights Product, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess and improve operational outcomes.
  • Analyze and refine operational processes to enhance solution delivery.
  • Lead and manage the operational team to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address issues and implement solutions.
  • Establish and maintain robust contingency plans for service disruptions.
  • Communicate daily across teams to ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
  • Document and track the quality of deliverables.
  • Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Provide clear direction, set expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Meteorology team and outsourced teams for operational planning.
  • Cooperate on developing training plans and individual development plans to enhance team expertise.
  • Guide and empower team members to deliver analyses effectively.
  • Proactively identify and address risks impacting delivery.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve performance.
  • Lead and grow a large global team to execute effectively within SLAs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Hydrology or a related field.
  • Expertise in GIS techniques, GIS data analysis, and understanding of various remote sensing technologies.
  • Fundamental understanding of disaster analysis and management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members.
  • Resource allocation expertise.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.

Team & Environment

You will lead a large global team across numerous time zones. The team includes full-time ICEYE employees, external consultants, and outsourced individuals. You will report to senior leadership and product management.
