Responsibilities
- Lead and document client discovery meetings to uncover business goals and intended outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep product expertise, market insight, and value proposition to support new business development
- Articulate a forward-looking vision for the client’s operations, aligning it with required capabilities and solution potential
- Deliver customized product demonstrations focused on client-specific needs and strategic opportunities
- Support the sales team with demo guidance, feature explanations, scripting, checklists, and tools to enhance team-wide demonstration and implementation effectiveness
- Regularly apply internal training and competitive insights to maintain technical and industry relevance
- Gain in-depth understanding of industry sectors, functional departments, and pain points relevant to target buyer profiles
- Build a collection of real-world client success examples to help customers advocate for the solution internally
- Maintain transparent communication on project status and potential issues, escalating when necessary for resolution
- Ensure timely and thorough transition of implementation details to the customer experience team
- Create a personal development plan to continuously improve professional skills and performance
