Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and constraints
- Design and document system architectures tailored to specific use cases
- Support integration of AI-driven applications into existing workflows
- Provide technical guidance during proof-of-concept and pilot phases
- Assist in troubleshooting complex deployment issues
- Develop reference architectures and implementation blueprints
- Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work alongside product teams to relay customer feedback
- Create and maintain documentation for solution patterns
- Lead technical workshops and onboarding sessions
- Evaluate emerging technologies for compatibility with client environments
- Ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Assist in defining success metrics for implementations
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Contribute to pre-sales technical discussions
- Help refine product requirements based on real-world use cases
- Guide clients through migration strategies
