Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients in collaboration with sales teams
- Lead Proof-of-Value initiatives to showcase platform effectiveness
- Perform technical assessments and collect customer requirements during sales cycles
- Assist clients with initial technical setup and integration
- Serve as primary technical support during evaluation phases
- Remain flexible to move into post-sales technical support when necessary
- Share field insights and customer feedback with product development teams
- Communicate both technical capabilities and business benefits of the platform
- Simplify and convey advanced security topics to client stakeholders
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers during pre-sales evaluations
- Facilitate smooth transition between pre-sales and post-sales teams
