Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design for presales and business development initiatives.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and present tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and research teams to develop prototypes and demonstrations.
- Assist sales teams in discussions, opportunity assessments, and responses to requests for proposals.
- Define system workflows, integration points, custom development needs, and required hardware components.
- Ensure proposed solutions fully address client requirements and expectations.
- Develop, document, and deliver technical content for proposals and contribute to proposal evaluations.
- Configure and validate demonstration systems for internal use, client presentations, and industry events.
- Deploy demos on servers, high-performance workstations, desktops, and laptops with biometric peripherals.
- Perform initial troubleshooting to confirm demo functionality and alignment with presentation scripts.
- Coordinate shipment of demonstration equipment to various locations as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on organizational product offerings and technical capabilities.
