Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to lead the technical journey of clients from initial scoping through deployment and ongoing success
- Design and deliver reference architectures, technical guides, and demonstration applications tailored to client needs
- Act as a specialist in translation and localization workflows, advising on process improvements and industry best practices
- Evaluate and align client technology environments with localization requirements for optimal performance
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Account Management to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer
- Support the creation and upkeep of custom integrations for client systems
- Serve as a technical escalation point for urgent customer operational challenges
- Refine internal methodologies to maintain consistency and quality across solution engagements
- Monitor advancements in multilingual content management and AI-driven translation technologies
