Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to assess technical requirements, evaluate customer scenarios, and define solution approaches for high-priority prospects.
- Develop architectural blueprints for AI-driven applications, modern web platforms, and Agentic workflows on the platform, covering frontends, APIs, data systems, edge computing, and integrations with headless services.
- Design and present customized demonstrations, technical sessions, and workshops that highlight platform advantages and business impact.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives from setup to completion: establish objectives, oversee development, resolve technical obstacles, and report outcomes to leadership.
- Serve as primary technical advisor after deal closure for key accounts, supporting onboarding, reference designs, migration strategies, and operational best practices.
- Engage customers proactively on system performance, uptime, and cost efficiency using data from tools like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and monitoring platforms.
- Work with Field Engineering peers to create standardized methodologies, reusable templates, and scalable implementation patterns across regions and client segments.
- Manage security, compliance, and architecture assessments by coordinating with internal experts in data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Identify common challenges, trends, and unmet needs from customer engagements and communicate them to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Produce internal training materials and public resources such as sample code repositories, reference diagrams, technical articles, and conference talks to support developer success.
- Occasional travel is required for customer visits and participation in industry events.
