Responsibilities
- Lead the complete technical delivery of large-scale solutions involving multiple Agile Release Trains, technical domains, and teams.
- Coordinate contributions from various teams to ensure high-quality results are delivered on schedule and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Enable collaboration across Agile Release Trains, technology areas, and teams by aligning Planning Interval goals, managing dependencies, and tracking progress toward key milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts across teams, domains, and ARTs, escalating risks when necessary.
- Maintain transparency through centralized program boards, Jira dashboards, and thorough dependency tracking.
- Offer hands-on guidance and support while escalating issues to sustain delivery momentum and honor commitments.
- Align project management, development, quality assurance, DevOps, and product functions to meet timelines and coordinate testing effectively.
- Anticipate, monitor, and resolve dependencies between teams, escalating critical impediments and enabling timely resolutions.
- Ensure code and configuration components are production-ready and meet quality benchmarks according to agreed timelines.
- Oversee production readiness, including smoke testing and deployment assessments, to enable stable and smooth releases.
- Provide stakeholders with clear, consistent reporting on risks, delivery status, and key testing performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that enhance delivery speed, predictability, and operational efficiency.
