Responsibilities
- Act as the initial technical liaison for potential clients, guiding early architectural conversations and business model evaluations to build trust and advance opportunities
- Design, coordinate, and lead in-person customer meetings by managing agendas, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring each session progresses the sales process
- Supervise and develop a team of solutions engineers dedicated to pre-sales support and customer collaboration within major automotive programs
- Own the technical aspects of the full pre-sales cycle, from initial discovery through solution validation and final deal execution
- Uncover and define the customer's fundamental business challenges by looking beyond surface requests to identify deeper needs and strategic goals
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product engineering, and business development teams to shape technical strategies and integrate them into compelling proposals
- Define strategic direction and requirements for customer-facing technical engagements that go beyond traditional account management
- Convert intricate customer requirements in the automotive and mobility sectors into tailored technical implementations using the company’s product portfolio
