Design, prototype, and build basic business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders; safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data by following company security protocols.
Test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to identify and resolve any issues.
Document basic solutions to allow the support team to effectively assist business customers and ensure easy ongoing maintenance; transition key information to the support team.
Participate in business analysis activities to assist in gathering information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders; assist in the documentation and presentation of basic business analysis and solution requirements for validation and approval.
Assist with the migration of business solutions into environments and support stakeholders throughout the migration process with guidance from team members.
Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for end users with guidance from team members; comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases in a professional or academic setting.
