Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to public sector customers, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, and management levels.
- Lead consultative discovery and problem framing, helping customers move from described symptoms to clearly defined business challenges and priorities.
- Analyze customer needs with a strong understanding of public sector core processes, governance models, and regulatory context.
- Translate business objectives into scalable solution designs and configurations, aligned with product strategy and long-term sustainability.
- Shape and articulate value propositions and solution narratives that balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives such as revenue, margin, and long-term account growth.
- Lead and support change enablement and adoption, anticipating resistance and ensuring sustained usage beyond go-live.
- Manage consultancy engagements with shared responsibility for scope, budget, delivery margin, and revenue targets, including proactive risk identification and trade-off management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Development, Customer Success, Delivery) to ensure aligned outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Proactively support and influence sales and business development, including: Early customer dialogue and opportunity shaping, Business-oriented workshops and discovery sessions, Demos, solution design, and value-based storytelling
- Identify and drive growth opportunities through add-on sales, upselling, and expanded usage, both during and after implementation.
Requirements
- Experience from the public sector , such as: Consulting or advisory roles working closely with public sector organisations and/or Public agencies, municipalities or similar,
- Strong understanding of central public-sector business processes, such as case and document management, governance, compliance, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Experience in consultative, advisory, or solution-oriented roles where discovery, stakeholder alignment, and influence were key.
- Proven experience supporting or driving sales processes, business development, or strategic customer dialogue.
- Experience working with enterprise IT systems or productized software solutions in complex organisations.
