Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for asset managers, fund managers, transaction managers, and related roles onto the platform.
- Provide independent training on platform usage tailored to users' specific operational workflows, beyond basic product features.
- Adapt platform capabilities to role-specific applications such as asset strategy, business planning, capital expenditure prioritization, portfolio management, transaction support, and investment committee reporting.
- Assist users in identifying key inputs, managing assumptions, and interpreting outputs with confidence and accuracy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client users post-sale, particularly for financial and investment decision-making contexts.
- Support clients in applying the platform to real-world decisions and internal processes, not just interface navigation.
- Guide users through workflow design, output interpretation, and practical implementation challenges in their day-to-day roles.
- Ensure the platform remains practical and effective for institutional real estate investment team operations.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless onboarding and early value delivery.
- Support implementation and training with a focus on usability, user adoption, and decision-making relevance.
- Enable customers to transition quickly and confidently from contract signing to meaningful platform use.
- Identify early signs of adoption risks, user uncertainty, or dissatisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Collect recurring user questions, workflow obstacles, interpretation difficulties, and feature suggestions.
- Convert client workflow requirements into clear, actionable feedback for internal Product and Delivery teams.
- Help the organization assess where the software effectively supports fund, asset, and transaction workflows and where improvements are needed.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements that make the platform more intuitive, transparent, and relevant for institutional users.
- Develop deep internal expertise in how investment-side real estate professionals think, make decisions, and operate.
- Support Commercial, Delivery, and Product teams in understanding successful adoption patterns for asset and fund managers.
- Develop scalable resources such as playbooks, onboarding guides, training materials, and customer guidance documents.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience working with or within institutional asset managers, fund managers, transaction teams, real estate private equity, or real estate investment and portfolio teams.
- Background in PropTech, SaaS, or software-driven real estate workflows.
- Experience delivering training to clients, internal teams, or end users on structured tools or systems.
- Solid understanding of how institutional real estate decisions are prepared, evaluated, and communicated.
