Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung, Optimierung und Flexibilisierung ihrer Unternehmensprozesse im Hinblick auf strategische Ziele und betriebswirtschaftliche Erfordernisse im Bereich von komplexen Cloud- und Data-Center-Lösungen. Hierbei können Sie Ihre Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse sowie Ihre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern erfolgreich einbringen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Zu Ihren Aufgaben als Solution Architect für Cloud und Datacenter Lösungen gehören die Beratung von Kunden und das Design von kundenindividuellen Lösungen von hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Unterstützung und Begleitung des Vertriebs durch technische Beratung der Kunden in der Pre-Sales-Phase
- Sie beraten unsere Kunden auf IT-Management-Ebene rund um das Thema Private und Public Cloud sowie beim Design von Data Center Umgebungen mit Lösungen der Hersteller EMC, Netapp, Cisco und Vmware
- Sie verstehen die anspruchsvollen Rechenzentrumsanforderungen hinsichtlich Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Backup und Recovery, Automatisierung & Orchestrierung und designen tragfähige Lösungen für Multiple Cloud-Umgebungen
- Sie präsentieren unser Leistungsportfolio vor Entscheidern und führen Workshops durch
- Sie verstehen es, neben unseren Produkt- und Lösungsgeschäft die Kunden von unseren hochwertigen Consultingleistungen zu begeistern
- Zu Schlüsselkunden bauen Sie vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und aus und pflegen die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Kunden
- Sie erstellen Designs und Konzepte in Verbindung mit Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Kalkulationen von Angeboten
- Sie identifizieren und analysieren kompetent Kundenanforderungen und erarbeiten hochwertige Lösungsvorschläge
- Unterstützung bei der Transition und Migration von Infrastrukturprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Kunden
Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeptionierung und Realisierung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bereich komplexer Datacenter-Lösungen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in IT-Business-Architekturen wie ITIL und TOGAF
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer Infrastrukturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Storage mit EMC, NetApp-Systemen, Cisco UCS, VMWare oder Microsoft Hyper-V
- Idealermweise verfügen Sie auch über mehrere technische Zertifizierungen der genannten Anbieter
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Ideen zu vermitteln sowie eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit sehr gutem analytischen Verständnis und Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft zur ständigen Qualitätsoptimierung
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Job Description: The role is responsible for providing a professional second-line technical support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities, this role will restore service to clients by managing incidents and seeing them through to an effective resolution. The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity. Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support to clients.
Identify root cause of incidents.
Ensure resolution of incidents and service requests.
Participate in performance reviews, identify causes of performance shortcomings and provide suggestions for improvement.
Review the recurring or high impact incidents and manage them through problem management process.
Qualifications: 2+ years experience required in network security administration or support
Experience supporting clients with any of the following technologies: Checkpoint, Juniper, RSA Security, Cisco, F5Proficiency in English & Czech is required Any certifications in the abovementioned technologies would be advantageous
Additional Information: Core business hours will run between 6am – 6pm, you will be required to work an 8 hour shift scheduled during these operating hours. The team will then share the responsibility of providing support to clients outside of these core hours on an ‘on call’, rostered basis and for which you will be compensated.Benefits* Great working atmosphere in an international team
