Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using the company's proprietary platform
- Engage with client stakeholders across departments to ensure technology aligns with business goals
- Develop technical documentation including use cases, process flows, integration specs, and solution designs
- Partner with internal departments such as Engineering, QA, Product, Business, and Operations to build cutting-edge solutions
- Assess and test APIs for external system integrations
- Work with the architecture team to identify opportunities for platform enhancements
- Support sales efforts through technical consultations, product demos, and RFP responses
