Plan and track deliverables (BRD review, CRD delivery) Analyze BRD, manage Requirements workshops, participate in requirement walkthrough Communication with Product Managers and Owners about Customer requirements Conduct gap analysis- finalize gaps scope and classifications with product (Roadmap item or CR), coordinate scope with PM Understand Business and System set-up needs and conduct Solution & Design analysis and CRD review Monitoring and troubleshooting CRD creation activities (Coverage, timelines) and sign off with the customer Support defects prioritization Experience level – 10+ yrs
