EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Software Tester/Junior IT Consultant fluent in German to join our team. The role involves business analysis, requirement engineering, software testing, user training, and participation in project management, with flexibility to work remotely within the EU or from offices in Athens or Thessaloniki, and readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops.
What You'll Do
- Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team
- Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Leading workshops and decision-making process
- Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation
- Participating in project management and reporting activities
What We're Looking For
- University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics
- Motivated, analytical, communicative, result-oriented
- Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
- Fluency in German (C1+)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of UML
- Knowledge of XML / XSD
