Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is hiring a Software Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead the full sales process for our innovative software solutions in category management, trade marketing, and sales steering. You'll be a key player in our 60-person team, identifying new opportunities and representing the company at industry events.
What You'll Do
- Identify new sales opportunities.
- Enthusiastically present the benefits and added value of our software and digital solutions to customers.
- Provide secure and comprehensive customer care in all aspects.
- Represent the company at professional conferences and industry events to expand your network.
- Plan and coordinate all support tasks to generate new leads.
- Report on the status quo of appointments, opportunities, and risks.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualifications with a high affinity for sales and software.
- Experience in building networks for the sales process of software that requires explanation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an affinity for numbers, data, and facts.
- A structured way of working.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong argumentation and negotiation skills.
- A persistent and self-motivated drive for success, combined with the ability to prepare complex matters appropriately for the target group and present them professionally.
- A dialogue- and result-oriented team player with passion for selling innovative software solutions.
