Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to maintain high-quality standards
- Develop and execute detailed test cases
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects
- Evaluate application performance in conjunction with hardware and firmware systems
- Offer guidance and support to management in QA leadership capacity
- Perform testing across iOS, Android, and web-based interfaces
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as Splunk for log analysis and issue detection
- Interact with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and messaging protocols including MQTT
