About the Role

Precision Medicine Group is looking for a Software QA Engineer II to participate in testing activities across all departments and business units. This hands-on role involves writing and reviewing test scripts, executing them, and creating summary documentation for all products and platforms. You will contribute to the organization’s testing strategy and help implement it.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for SaaS applications using frameworks like BDD Cucumber or Playwright for data operations
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Perform regression testing and validate new features and enhancements
  • Design and develop test automation scripts using tools including Selenium
  • Use bug tracking systems to document defects and report them to developers
  • Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in AI and GenAI solutions, to enhance testing practices
  • Design and develop tools for managing and applying quality assurance principles, such as IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Optimize the testing process based on metrics and analytics from past projects
  • Configure and maintain all components of the testing lifecycle
  • Follow established procedures for change management across applications
  • Create documentation such as WIKI articles for common, repeatable processes
  • Prepare effort estimates for automation projects
  • Perform stress and load testing on applications to ensure expected performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years developing and implementing test plans, test scripts, and testing solutions
  • 1+ years of experience with testing automation and tools such as Selenium
  • Experience with various software development tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google)
  • Experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar systems for software lifecycle management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing
  • Strong experience in testing SaaS applications and data operations
  • Expertise in Python, SQL Server, Typescript, or Javascript
  • Expertise working in Windows and Unix ecosystems
  • Expertise with Apache JMeter, Test Harness, Selenium
  • Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage
  • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays up to 5%

  • Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
  • Experience with testing AI solutions
  • Azure AI Fundamental Certification
  • Azure Data Fundamentals Certification
