Auftragsflut is looking for a Software Developer (API & AI/Voice) to build robust integrations and enhance our Voice AI platform. You will join a small team where you'll take full responsibility for connecting to customer systems and improving speech recognition, logic, and handovers.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and document REST/JSON APIs, webhooks, authentication (API-Keys/OAuth), and data mapping.
Connect to customer PMS/ERP/CRM systems (e.g., property management, contractors), handling synchronization, error management, and monitoring.
Work on ASR/TTS/LLM pipelines, including Prompt Flows, RAG, and quality metrics, while optimizing conversation logic and handovers to human agents.
Implement tests (Unit/Integration), logging, observability, and simple CI/CD workflows, considering security and GDPR basics.
Coordinate closely with customers for rollout-ready integrations and create pragmatic, clear documentation.

What We're Looking For

Solid knowledge in a modern language like Python or TypeScript/Node.js, plus HTTP/REST, JSON, and Git.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and webhooks.
Curiosity for speech technologies (ASR/TTS, LLM workflows) and a willingness to learn quickly.
A structured, reliable way of working in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

Experience with Telephony/VoIP/SIP/WebRTC or providers like Twilio/Placetel.
First exposure to LLM tooling (e.g., Prompting, RAG, vector search) or Speech stacks (e.g., Whisper).
Familiarity with Docker, simple CI/CD, and basic security principles (Secrets, Least Privilege).
German B2+ for the DACH context; very good English is sufficient—willingness to learn German is welcome.
