Team
You will lead a pod owning mission-critical infrastructure, report directly to the COO, shape team workflows, operate at scale with tens of millions of shipments monthly, and use AI as a real part of the workflow.
Why ShippyPro?
- You'll lead a pod that owns mission-critical infrastructure, not a side project
- You'll report directly to our COO – real visibility, real influence
- You'll shape how the team works, not just what it builds
- You'll operate at scale: tens of millions of shipments, every month
- You'll use AI as a real part of the workflow, not a buzzword

What Makes You a ShippyProer
- You lead by doing, not just delegating
- You have opinions, but you update them when the data says otherwise
- You care about your team's growth as much as your own
- You don't wait for perfect conditions — you ship and iterate
- You bring calm to complexity, not more of it
Our Hiring Process
- Application review
- Intro call: 60 min with our People and Culture Team to align on expectations and context
- Technical interview – a deep-dive with the COO on how you think, lead, and work
- Live coding challenge – a practical session to see how you approach real engineering problems
- Final interview – meet the broader team and leadership
- We move fast and keep things transparent
A Note Before You Apply
If you want to move on with the application, you'll have to answer a few questions. We love AI (it's part of almost everything we do!) so feel free to use it. But make sure your answers still sound like you. We're not looking for polished corporate responses – we're looking for builders.
