Radiant is actively recruiting a Software Engineering Manager specializing in Simulation to spearhead and develop the engineering team responsible for reactor physics modeling, thermal-hydraulics simulations, and Digital Twin development. The ideal candidate will scale a high-performance team while maintaining technical expertise, ensuring simulation infrastructure accelerates reactor system design, testing, and validation—ultimately expediting the company's commercialization trajectory.
