Grupo Bancolombia is offering a Software Engineering Intern role designed as a transformative, paid learning contract. You'll work on impactful projects that improve processes and customer experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, predict, and control various business indicators and variables.
- Design management dashboards to visualize results and customer experience frictions.
- Build analytical models to support area management decisions.
- Propose and develop transformation initiatives for channel monitoring and data optimization.
- Diagnose needs for process improvement and automation.
- Develop tools to improve or automate operational processes.
- Help support incidents related to analytical processes.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for technology and software development.
- Knowledge in: Java, Python, Cloud, Power BI, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Spring Boot, Angular, React, TypeScript, AWS, DevOps.
- An academic background in Engineering (Systems, Computer, or Software).
- You must be of legal age.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
- You must live in Medellín, Bogotá, or Barranquilla.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of statistical models and machine learning.
- Advanced Excel level for macro creation.
- English proficiency at a B1 level or higher for programming.
