Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain sophisticated features using Python and Rust
- Set up monitoring and alerting systems to maintain service reliability
- Uphold high standards in code quality through test development and code reviews
- Enhance engineering workflows, particularly in continuous integration and deployment
- Provide technical mentorship to immediate team members
- Collaborate with Product and engineering groups to define and drive technically challenging initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead by example in stack implementation, balancing forward-looking design with immediate needs
