Responsibilities
- Develop and launch web pages, templates, and modular components using a custom WordPress block theme, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
- Translate Figma mockups into maintainable, token-based UI elements to support a consistent and scalable design system.
- Enhance the underlying theme structure, create custom Gutenberg blocks, and develop plugins to empower non-technical teams to manage content independently.
- Improve the content editing experience so marketing teams can create and modify pages without ongoing engineering support.
- Design and implement internal tools for experimentation, analytics, content migration, and automated quality assurance.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and build scalable solutions to increase team efficiency.
- Integrate website functionality with internal services, third-party platforms, and external APIs to enable seamless data exchange.

Protect performance and SEO
Optimize Core Web Vitals, asset delivery, image loading, structured data markup, and technical SEO practices to maintain high performance and search visibility.
Instrument and measure

Collaborate
