Responsibilities
- Design software and systems impacting nearly two-fifths of the global population, setting internal benchmarks for scalability, security, and reuse
- Work across functions to produce design specifications and high-quality software for a range of technical platforms
- Support continuous improvements in product quality, service capabilities, and business process flows within agile teams
- Build resilient and scalable solutions serving merchants, business clients, and government-facing services
- Apply cutting-edge technologies to develop next-generation payment systems, transaction infrastructure, real-time processing, and deferred payment offerings
- Engage in mentorship and professional growth initiatives with potential for global or regional impact
- Partner with product stakeholders to define and refine requirements, incorporating existing organizational tools and platforms
- Create and implement advanced architectural designs that support scalability and integration across internal systems
- Offer specialized knowledge in producing technical documentation and help shape documentation standards across projects
- Lead the full lifecycle development and deployment of new features across multiple product lines
