As a Fullstack Engineer at Propstack, a subsidiary of Scout24, you will play a key role in building a next-generation, cloud-based CRM platform tailored for the real estate market. You will be involved in all stages of development—from conception to production—driving both technical excellence and product innovation using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design and build a high-performance, scalable CRM platform tailored for the real estate market.
- Influence architectural decisions, choose technologies, and experiment with cutting-edge tools.
- Take full responsibility from conception and prototyping through to cloud delivery and customer adoption.
- Work in agile sprints, embrace pair programming, and constantly improve through feedback and iteration.
- Leverage Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Vue to create elegant and powerful software.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer (or similar role).
- Mastery in Ruby & Ruby on Rails.
- Strong skills in Vue, React, or Svelte with enthusiasm to build elegant interfaces in Vue.
- Fluent in English and comfortable sharing ideas with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
