Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to establish best practices for system reliability, durability, scalability, and performance
- Develop tools and services to improve monitoring and resolve recurring operational issues
- Investigate and resolve live production problems across multiple services and technical layers
- Engage in design and production readiness reviews for new features, products, and infrastructure components
- Support long-term planning for infrastructure expansion to meet growing platform demands
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
