Responsibilities
- Architect and sustain integrations linking essential systems such as electronic health records, customer relationship management tools, revenue cycle management platforms, and internal applications.
- Create internal software tools that empower care coordination, clinical operations, and administrative functions.
- Develop and manage APIs and backend services enabling consistent and secure data flow across platforms.
- Implement event-based workflows that synchronize data across disparate systems in real time.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across system interfaces through monitoring, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, utilizing serverless components and event-driven design patterns.
- Work across multiple programming languages and environments—including Node.js, Python, and Ruby—based on project needs.
- Partner with product, clinical, and operations teams to convert operational workflows into robust, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with AI and research teams to integrate data pipelines and enable platform capabilities for advanced analytics.
- Make practical architectural choices that balance development speed, system reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Enhance developer efficiency by establishing reusable integration patterns, shared services, and platform-wide standards.
- Help lay the technical foundation for a scalable, secure, and interoperable healthcare technology platform.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $123,000 to $183,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications, with a tiered structure applied by region. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and stock option grants based on individual and company performance.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — employees are expected to work in person in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, or Salt Lake City, with flexibility for remote work balanced by regular in-office collaboration.
