About the Role
The position focuses on developing a fully managed SaaS platform, enabling secure and efficient access to source code for internal services, administrators, and end users. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver robust infrastructure solutions and improve engineering productivity through reliable, high-quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cross-cloud connectivity solutions tailored for enterprise clients in regulated sectors using the cloud platform.
- Create a centralized control plane to manage and coordinate multiple single-tenant cloud deployments.
- Develop APIs that abstract underlying infrastructure complexity, enabling faster development cycles for internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve deep technical issues in third-party infrastructure tools, including Terraform CDK and GCP providers.
- Promote best practices in service reliability and partner with leadership to advance operational maturity across product teams.
- Join an on-call schedule to ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain system uptime.
