Responsibilities
- Work closely with all members of your squad and the Staff engineer of your group.
- Participate in bi-monthly rituals with your group and the Chapter to share knowledge and align technical direction.
- Build, launch, monitor, and support the product owned by your team in an agile 'build it and run it' environment.
- Deliver seamless user experiences at scale.
- Produce clean, consistent, and well-organized code.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a learning and sharing environment.
Requirements
- English proficiency (must be fluent as the team is international).
- Backend - 2+ years backend development experience.
- System design skills.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems.
- Understanding of data architecture and APIs.
- Fullstack mindset with end-to-end product thinking.
- Curiosity about the full stack.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity across technical domains.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — US, FR, ES, JP

- English must be fluent as the team is international and distributed across US, FR, ES, JP.
