Recreation District #1 / Pelican Park is hiring a Software Engineer to develop, support, and implement large-scale projects focused on IoT, connected devices, and smart cities. You will play a key role within a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

Define and propose technical solutions for clients.
Develop interfaces for connected devices.
Write quality code and perform subsequent testing.
Participate in designing the platform software architecture.
Evaluate and analyze the software architecture of developed products.
Participate in creating innovative internal products.
Continue developing skills across multiple technologies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Any level of experience in software development.
Ability to read English for technical documentation from various sources.
Desire to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to Have

Knowledge in one or more of: C#, .Net, BSP (driver), Linux, Yokto, MicroPython, QT, Python, AI/Machine Learning, UI styling (CSS, HTML, Ergonomy), IOS, Android, PHP, Laravel, Javascript, Docker, Azure, Jira.
