What You'll Do
- Design and implement robust architectures that bring product concepts to life, ensuring performance, maintainability, and a seamless user experience.

- Lead initiatives from early development through to production, partnering with Product and Data teams to measure success and refine outcomes.
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and problem-solving discussions, fostering a culture of growth and shared knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering efforts support broader business objectives.
- Continuously assess workflows, tools, and practices to enhance team productivity and technical excellence.
