Responsibilities
- Take a leading role designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining software systems that are robust and scalable, and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Management, and other Developers to design and deliver solutions.
- Continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximise employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality Client outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience across all phases of the SDLC
- Advanced proficiency in C# and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Advanced expertise in Azure, including serverless solutions
- Skilled in microservices design
- Well versed in architectural patterns, particularly distributed systems and event driven architectures
- Strong proficiency with SQL Server or similar relational databases
- Database design, performance optimisation, and management best practices
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices
- Operating within a regulated enterprise environment
- Familiarity with frameworks such as the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Adopting DevOps practices
- Executing delivery via automated pipelines
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
- Strong experience with Git
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive results through teamwork, adaptability, and shared problem-solving
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Relay information to management

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
