We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join Allegro as a Technical Leader and architect for our SEO business area. In this role, you will drive technical decisions and lead a team through the complete lifecycle of complex products, from initial PoC to petabyte-scale production systems.

What You'll Do

Act as the Technical Leader and architect for the SEO business area.
Drive technical decisions and lead the team through the full lifecycle of complex products, from PoC to petabyte-scale production.
Lead by example through mentorship, conducting high-quality code reviews, and establishing engineering standards.
Design and optimize systems that handle massive daily request volumes and extract actionable insights from vast datasets.
Lead the technical integration of LLMs to drive predictive capabilities.
Collaborate with over a dozen teams (e.g., Offer, Product, Listing, Category) to manage complex technical dependencies.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in Kotlin or Java.
Solid foundation in microservices and cloud environments, specifically GCP or Azure.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and taking full end-to-end ownership from requirements to post-deployment monitoring.
Fluent in Polish (C1 level).
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have

Experience with Scala.
Familiarity with LLM tuning techniques like LoRA or PEFT, or frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen.
Desire to work with tools like BigQuery and Airflow.
