Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power systems in natural language processing, information retrieval, ranking, reasoning, dialogue management, and code generation.
- Develop and apply advanced machine learning techniques, including Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, ensemble methods, and agent-based models, to enhance AI system performance.
- Lead efforts in processing and analyzing large-scale datasets—structured, semi-structured, and unstructured—to derive insights that guide model development.
- Own the end-to-end machine learning development process, from defining problems and exploring data to engineering features, training models, validating results, and deploying solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and apply statistical validation methods to assess model impact, while building automated testing frameworks to ensure model reliability and integrity.
- Explain the technical aspects and business value of machine learning models clearly to both technical teams and non-technical audiences to support informed decision-making and adoption.
