Responsibilities
- Develop and support features on web and mobile platforms using Laravel, Flutter, and React
- Work closely with the Tech Lead and product team to plan, build, test, and deploy new functionality
- Engage in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and architectural discussions
- Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly tested code
- Assist in designing databases and optimizing performance for MySQL and MongoDB
- Improve and maintain development workflows using Bitbucket, AWS, and QA automation tools
- Keep current with evolving technologies and modern full stack development practices
- Act as a product-focused engineer by suggesting improvements and helping shape user experience
- Gain a deep understanding of user needs and communicate directly with customers when needed
- Support compliance initiatives related to SOC II, HIPAA, and similar standards
