As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Software Engineer (Java/Spring Boot) to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex outsourced projects.
In this role, you will be actively involved in the design and development of back-end systems, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot technologies, a solid understanding of software architecture principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively in client-facing environments
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design, and system architecture discussions
- Translate client business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party and client systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-side stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior developers when needed
- Perform code reviews and ensure high software quality standards
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities
