About the Role
The engineer will design, implement, and maintain key components of the iOS application, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap while ensuring high-quality code and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core features of the iOS application
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to define feature requirements
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness
- Diagnose and fix bugs across multiple devices and OS versions
- Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Integrate with backend services and APIs
- Ensure application stability across updates
- Contribute to architectural decisions for iOS components
- Monitor app performance using analytics and crash reporting tools
- Stay current with iOS platform developments and best practices
- Support release cycles and app store submissions
- Work closely with QA to resolve issues
- Improve build and deployment processes
- Mentor junior engineers when needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
- Implement UI components that match design specifications
- Use version control systems effectively
- Collaborate on technical documentation
