Responsibilities
- Opportunity to lead key engineering and product decisions
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Work within a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
- Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

- Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
- Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction
- Responsibility for engineering the product

- Product thinking: making thoughtful decisions about product evolution and supporting internal teams and designers
- Speed: working quickly to generate ideas and deciding what can ship now vs. later
- Focus: ability to engage or be heads down in a high-growth, remote startup environment
- Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI
- Swift Programming Language
- SwiftUI experience
- Experience in Multithreading Programming
- Working with CI/CD infrastructure
- Experience with Fastlane
- SOLID principles, the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
- Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
Compensation
140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience. Equity: Stock
