Responsibilities
- Enhance the core systems developers use to build, test, package, and verify code changes efficiently and reliably.
- Develop and maintain shared engineering resources such as libraries, frameworks, standardized build processes, and service development guidelines used across multiple teams.
- Optimize continuous integration pipelines to deliver faster, more dependable feedback without compromising code quality or release integrity.
- Identify recurring developer challenges and address them through reusable tools, automation, improved documentation, and platform enhancements.
- Leverage artificial intelligence technologies like Cursor, Claude, and agent-driven workflows to streamline complex development tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve developer safety.
- Work closely with engineering teams across the organization to understand requirements, support implementation, and continuously improve platform usability.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $114,500 - $188,000. Individual pay within this range depends on specific US work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity. Total compensation includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and financial planning.
