Spreetail - Paralegal, Legal Project Manager is hiring a Software Engineer II (Mandarin & English Speaking)

About the Role

The candidate will design, build, and optimize software systems that support global operations, with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing
  • Support deployment and monitoring processes
  • Work with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
  • Contribute to database design and query optimization
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs
  • Follow security best practices in development
  • Document technical designs and system workflows
  • Assist in mentoring junior engineers
  • Participate in agile development cycles
