About the Role
The engineer will work on backend and frontend systems, ensuring robust performance and delivering features that improve user experience and platform scalability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Document technical designs and implementation details
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Contribute to architectural discussions and planning
- Ensure code complies with security standards
- Work with databases to manage and query data efficiently
- Implement unit and integration tests
- Stay current with evolving technology and frameworks
- Assist in refining development workflows
- Collaborate with QA to resolve defects
- Help onboard new engineering team members
- Participate in agile ceremonies and planning
- Support incident response and post-mortems
- Improve observability and logging practices
- Evaluate third-party tools and services
- Contribute to technical debt reduction
- Ensure systems meet compliance requirements
- Support internationalization and localization efforts
- Work on high-availability systems with minimal downtime
