Attadale Partners is hiring a Software Engineer II to lead a critical enterprise contact center transformation. You will modernize legacy business communications, data collection, and reporting by migrating to an AWS Connect and Lex powered architecture, while supporting existing systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and test customer contact pipelines within Amazon Connect.
- Work embedded in cross-functional teams with business leaders, senior engineers, and ML engineers.
- Lead enterprise contact center transformation from legacy to modern AWS Connect and Lex powered architecture.
- Support existing systems to ensure performance during the transition period.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience with Typescript/JavaScript.
- At least two years of experience with AWS Connect.
- At least two years of experience with AWS Lex.
- At least two years of experience with AWS Lambda.
- At least two years of experience with cloud deployment to AWS.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Additional complimentary Full Stack experience.
