Responsibilities
- Contribute to refining and advancing development standards within a compact backend-oriented product group.
- Partner with fellow engineers via code reviews and joint programming sessions.
- Support colleagues in overcoming complex challenges and suggest alternative solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Help decompose projects into actionable sprints and manageable tasks.
- Improve and refine the order management system with attention to speed and scalability.
- Participate in technical discussions across the team, including architecture planning and code evaluations.
- Divide major engineering and business objectives into smaller, iterative deliverables.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver technology solutions that create cross-functional business impact.

Compensation
The expected pay range is $110,000 - $130,000, adjusted based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
