About the Role
The mission is to design, build, and optimize highly available and secure backend services to strengthen cloud reliability, security, and performance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend systems in Go for identity and API gateway platforms
- Enhance system scalability, fault tolerance, and response times in high-traffic distributed environments
- Support the design and long-term development of security-critical services
- Engage in networking challenges including load distribution, routing logic, and traffic control
- Take part in code quality assurance and architectural design conversations
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions
- Build and maintain automated workflows for continuous integration and deployment
- Diagnose and resolve live system issues while improving overall performance
- Maintain and expand technical documentation and internal knowledge resources
- Pursue ongoing learning in low-level systems and network protocols

Hybrid — Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Rennes, Rouen, Bordeaux, Lyon
Team
Team of 4: Engineering Manager, three Software Engineers (including Tech Lead), and a Product Manager. Works on internal API Gateway and IAM services.
